The kids were so excited to see their newest cousin Boston this afternoon. They each took turns gently holding him, and Aiden and Owen checked out the room and Boston's temporary bed. They can't wait until they can see him some more!

My newest nephew

Here is the latest addition to the "Havens" family....Boston Cloyd Hancock. He was born today at 1:22pm and weighed 8lbs 2 oz. We have been anxiously awaiting his arrival since his due date last Sunday. He is adorable!!! There are now 11 grandkids on my side of the family: 6 boys and 5 girls. whoo-hoo!!!

Tim has been wonderdad this week, working all day and driving to boyscout camp every night to stay with Walker. On his way home in the rain this morning, he came around a corner and put the car in a ditch. Thankfully, he is okay. The car looks okay, I can only hope there aren't hidden problems once they really look at. (The biggest dent on it is one I did a few years back when I hit a mailbox, and the tow truck pulled out the bumper!)

They DO exist.....

 

 

Maddie and Walker aren't that happy about posing for pictures anymore....but I was able to snap a few this afternoon. Yep-that's Maddie w/ her ipod.....it's that or her phone constantly attached to her ear!!!!

4th of July

 

 

 

 

We decided not to fight the crowds to watch the fireworks tonight (or any July 4th for that matter) and play with sparklers in our front yard instead....not to mention we can usually see the fireworks from Greenhill Park from our front yard. The boys really enjoyed playing with them. Maddie is too cool for sparklers, so she is at the park with her friends.
P.S.-yes, I know the boys pj's don't match, it's the one downfall to letting them dress themselves!!!!!

The boys thought it would be fun to lay in my bed and watch Star Wars (again). This is how I found them.....guess I'm sleeping w/ Maddie tonight!!!!
